If you have a child attending Synergy, you are already a member of a great community. No matter your situation—full-time employment, part-time employment, busy stay-at-home parent, or grandparent—we need you!
Engaged Families
The National Coalition for Parent Involvement in Education states that, “When schools and families work together to support learning, students do better in school and in life, parents become empowered, teacher morale improves, schools get better, and communities grow stronger.”
We need you! And we welcome your support and involvement at Synergy. For the safety of our students, when visiting during school hours, please stop by our front office to sign in and receive a visitor's badge (and be sure to sign out when you leave).
Engaged Community
We also welcome members of our community to get involved. In addition to donations and direct volunteering, we need your help providing educational classes for our Parent Academy. If you have an expertise you’d like to share, give us a call. We offer workshops on topics like:
- Homework helps
- Budgeting and financial literacy
- Tax prep
- Dealing with bullying
- Preparing healthy snacks
- Child development and exercise
- Health and safety
- Local social services
- Special education
